Creativity and Skill in Stone Creations
An artisan’s intuition or a project commissioned by architects:
whatever the origin of a sculpture, the idea is captured on a sheet of paper, which is then given three-dimensional form through a clay model.
In the stone block, cut to the required dimensions, roughing begins to gradually reveal its forms.
Sometimes technologically advanced machinery assists in this phase of the work, but the artisan’s hand remains irreplaceable in crafting and defining the details of the piece with chisel and rasps.
This is how, in addition to sculptures, fireplaces, fountains, vases, tables, and more complex architectural elements take shape, created to satisfy both classical and modern tastes. Different processes that require the same passion and meticulous attention to detail.
In our workshop, each artifact becomes a unique product, an expression of that artisan value made of creativity and the skill to achieve, over more than 50 years of activity, a balance between tradition and advanced technology.
